Fractional reserve banking and derivatives means banks/investment banks can loan and speculate with the fed backing and supporting and jacking up prices of real estate and markets until it pops, then cry to uncle sam for bailouts and sweetheart deals because they are "so, so important" to the economy. yes, scam!
