Syrian rebels begin to leave southern Damascus
@chicangel-hyeri
The Syrian government's attempts to lead the rebel groups out of their pockets again paid off.
a group of rebel troops began to look to withdraw from the enclave they occupied south of Damascus, after Syrian regime forces besieged the region.
Still there are some rebel members near Homs who keep firing on government-controlled areas after their group agrees to resign.
The enclave south of Damascus and near Homs are the two areas of the last siege of the rebels.
But the rebels still control large numbers of territories in northwest and southwestern Syria along the border.
President Bashar al-Assad's regime is focusing on expelling rebels from the besieged enclave since successfully leading them out of East Ghouta last month.
Syria's television station shows footage as rebel buses arrive at Beit Sahm, through narrow streets surrounded by soldiers and among the ruins of the remaining buildings of fighting.
The buses carry the rebels along with their family members.
About 5,000 rebel members and their families are expected to leave the Beit Sahm, Babila and Yalda areas into the opposition areas north of Syria.
Insurgents in the biggest remaining area of siege in Hama and Homs towns around Rastan, Talbiseh and Houla have also agreed to surrender.
But a small number of rebels who rejected the deal kept firing on government-controlled areas until Thursday morning.
