That's seriously stupid...but probably a simple mistake. Early morning, cleaning shit, idiot forgets to check the lines. Scary thing is that I'm surprised this never happened before. Maybe it did, it's just usually only a small amount of residue.
That's awful, and a pregnant woman to boot. Make your own coffee! Nothing against this woman but brewing your own saves money and doesn't create these situations. We rely on others too much unfortunately.
