Limited government will never be legislated by the government. It's an inherently self-contradictory concept. Governments are only limited when the People bind it down by not putting up with their shenanigans. If voting the bums out doesn't succeed then jury nullification is the only nonviolent option left. After that, forcibly removing the bums is the only option.
I agree, but reading Justice Thomas' opinion, Thomas who's supposed to be some champion of small government after the passing of Scalia, was fairly infuriating. Add in the fact few on the right are criticizing their party, and you have a recipe for what the Democrats pushed for the last 8 years, hypocrisy.
But, as we know with Bush, the dog and pony show continues.
