Jerusalem is mentioned 804 times in the Bible. In every instance it's talking about the Jerusalem in Israel that's been a city for over 3,000 years.
Your idea that the 10 lost tribes are european nations or some variation has been a common heresy for centuries. It shows you don't know the Bible sufficiently. I doubt that you've read it all.
This blog was not even in regards to the subject you are referring. You also clearly did not watch the whole of the presentation, the premise was that Israel was promised to be scattered unto all the earth. An also there is a precedence for Yah "Choosing Jerusalem Again" which is in the holy land as you mentioned, however the Exodus Greater than the first has not happened for the 10 tribes yet, modern day Jews hardly represent all of the Tribes.
