These 'Special Representatives' the West appoints to handle developing countries, instead of ambassadors from both sides, are nothing else than their former 'High Commissioners' appointed to handle the colonies they invaded and occupied last century, their mentality never evolved over more than 200 years, even though their countries were built by the immigrants of their former colonies.

Doesn't that tell a lot about their plans in dealing with those countries?
