Now the owners of housing in Amsterdam can rent it to tourists for a total of 60 nights a year. At a time, they can accommodate no more than four people. She added that a typical Amsterdam landlord earns about € 4,000 a year with Airbnb, renting their homes on average no more than three days a month.
