Morocco: Suspects in Scandinavian tourist killings brought to court

Suspects arrested in connection with the killing of two Scandinavian hikers, were taken to the Court of First Instance in Sale, near Rabat, on Sunday, amid tight security measures.

The bodies of Louisa Vesterager Jespersen, 24, from Denmark, and Maren Ueland, 28, from Norway were discovered by other tourists in Morocco's High Atlas mountains earlier in December, close to the village of Imlil.

The pair were hiking together in the area.
