The Article for one is based on 'Facts'. Even I have been watching this developing situation for years now and trying to make sense of them. But, with Turkey one may never know. Everybody views them with suspicion. Russia with the help of China has no doubt played very good moves on the chess board and not only Turkey, but Saudi Arabia too is now pivoting towards the pair(Russia and China). S-400 is also on the cards with both these countries. Also the separatist Kurd movement is also making the Turks restless and therefore they are joining hands with the Russians. One has to watch the situation closely for the next year or two to know properly how things are shaping up.
