The Blue Monday

In 2005 the researcher Cliff Arnal of the University of Cardiff designated according to a mathematical calculation that the third Monday of January was the saddest day of the year.
The form by which I reach this conclusion is by a formula in which took into account the weather, salary, debts acquired in the Christmas period, time that has elapsed since Christmas, the time that has passed since we made our purposes of new year and that surely we have not fulfilled yet. All this added that Monday is for some the worst day of the week makes us face the Blue Monday.
For some this may have a scientific basis for others will be nonsense, I think the truth is that every day we must face it as it comes and if we want it to be the best it will end up being so. You just have to want it.
