#newbies: a Tag for Everybody to Follow the New Steemians and Their Great Content! (Don't Let them get Frustrated an Leave Steemit!!)
Like we discussed in other posts, new people have a lot to offer. Need to proof themselves here on Steemit, don't get a real chance, get frustrated and leave Steemit. Noooo!! We NEED YOU!! Only if you stay, Steemit will grow!
So, what to do to unite and keep the spirit:
- Resteem, Upvote an Follow new ones
- If you are new; make sure all your posts start with #newbies and then with life, writing etc etc.
- Resteem this post so we have a great reach!

I'm only a week here and feeling the discouragement. It reminds me of facebook in that all the sudden it's like you're invisible. But I'm still going to give it a go.

Its definitely a platform for pioneers - im not getting much "joy" from Steemit yet but each and every one of us is responsible for making Steemit what it should be. That's why #newbies and #steemgigs are so important!
You need to think about your content even brand your opening start so people know you, small is sometimes very good.

Upvoted and resteemed. I couldn't agree more. It can be frustrating at the start so #newbies need all the support they can get. One question though, what defines a newbie? Their number of posts?

Probably a function of time and the number of posts / blog posts? I started my account in April but went overseas on a business trip soon after. Forgot i even had the account until a week ago :)
