NEWBIES UNITE! Today is my 2nd Newbie Resteem Day and It's More Than Just Resteeming

You may have already encountered other newbies resteeming posts of fellow newbies as part of the #newbieresteemday by @davemccoy and @mudcat36. If not, here are the links to their initial posts:

I am still a young minnow with little influence so here are my guidelines for resteeming your post or someone else's post:
With a reputation score of 40 or lower (for those with a reputation score of 41 and up, please check out @davemccoy, @mudcat36 and other newbie resteemers as they have more lenient rules than I do).
Good content - it doesn't have to be super great but I hope you have put in some effort to it (and most of all not plagiarized or I will report you to steemcleaners!)
You are able to comment your link within 24 hours of this post. I will ⛔ stop resteeming after 24 hours from the time this has been published. You will see how long my post has been at the bottom of this article. I will post an announcement for my next #newbieresteemday probably by next week.
I will resteem in intervals of 1 hour so that my followers would not think that I'm flooding. There is also a better chance for your post to be read if I do not flood them with several posts.
There will be a pause during my sleeping time. I am not a bot! 😄
If I like your post, I will give you my tiny upvote! I will also read each posts to let you know what I think about it.
It's More Than Just Resteeming
There are several ways we can help each other. @davemccoy has already partnered with @goldendawne and @danielsaori. They are established Steemians who are helping out newbies.
@goldendawne has opened the tag #deardawne if you want your post to be checked out and reviewed by a pro. More than just the upvote, we should be seeking for learnings from the successful people here.
@danielsaori has also opened his #steemitcommentchallenge and he has welcomed us newbies to join. Check out his latest contest and connect with the newbies commenting on his post.

Gusto ko din maging active sa PH community. Ano po best way to connect? I tried ung discord ng SteemPH pero pag andun ako wala tao hehe but I'm glad I met you there :)
One way yung server, then attend sa meet up. Join contest, connect with people mag pm ka po sa gusto mong kausapin. Ngayon po kasi madaming activities kaya hindi online yung mga dati at puro newbie. Pero mas okay yun para makilala mo din yung mga bago. Lalabas tao dun basta may madaldal at nakakatuwang topic. Sana maabutan kita para paingayin natin ang server. See you there! Or gusto mo set ka ng day at time kung kelan ka magiging active.
Ok lang kahit hindi na iset kc di ko dn masabi schedule ko dahil a work, pero thank you. Dadaan na lng ako sa discord from time to time. And gusto ko dn ung meet up kahit na I'm posting anonymously, mgpapakita ko dun, mgmamask na lang ako pag picture taking haha :D

You are really a good person, this is the right solution to help the beginner steemian, that is to share their post with our followers. I also want to like you @wanderlass, can I join?
Sure @ami92 I would be so glad for you to be part of it. You can also translate it in Indonesian like you do in your recipes. Just do the same thing I did, make an announcement that you will have a #newbieresteemday also include it in your tags.
I also recommend you to check @davemccoy's page and let him know that you are joining. I will also mention you to him. I'm sure he will be happy to have you represent Indonesia for this initiative :)i

Good idea too on the 1 hr interval. I didn't thought of that. Think i have about 12 or 13 steemit newbies request for re-steem. Will resteem your post so that my followers can see this.
Awesome, I'm glad to work with you as a teammate in the #newbieresteemday. I just thought of having intervals coz I myself don't look at my feed if its being flooded by one person. So some of my followers might think the same way.

Also I wanted to let you about steemworld.org if you have not seen or heard of it. This post I did has some wonderful information I think to aid all of us non-minnows that like to vote. It explains how to use the manual vote tool in your steemworld.org page.

I have learned about it through @davemccoy but used more for just checking my stats. The manual vote would be really helpful so I can upvote more people when my voting power is low. Really helpful. I will resteem that post after my newbieresteemday which is just some hours from now. :)
I was real happy when @steemchiller (creator of steemworld), told me and showed how to use the manual vote function. It sometimes has glitches, but for the last two days has been working like a charm. I like to vote, especially if I comment, so this was a real boon to me.

I have been spreading the word, it is what we who like the steemit forum look, vs busy.org look, needed. No more waiting for 480SP to get the real slider.
