you should wait until it gets close to 100%... I usually keep mine in the mid 80s to 100... And then depending on things like how long I plan to sleep or if I am going to be doing other things, it will depend on how low you let it go... if you haven't seen this meter yet, go check it out (it also has a time til it is 100% recharged to the on the right hand side of the page) ... Let me know if you need to know how to use it (lots of good stuff in there)
