Legis Layer Recipe / Spekkoek
Material 1:
350g room butter (may mix with blueband)
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk (SKM)
2 tbsp rhum (optional)
Material 2:
23 egg yolks (460g)
160g of refined sugar
Material 3 (sieved):
50g flour
30g milk powder
1-2 tablespoons spekoek spice / to taste
Apricot jam to taste
Way:
Prepare pan uk 30x30x4cm, mash the bottom of the baking pan with butter and a baking paper top, butter again. Preheat oven temperature 200 ° c.
Mixer butter until fluffy, light and soft. Add skm and mixer until well blended. Insert the rhum shake briefly.
Mixer material 2 to expand and thick. Enter the ingredients 1 while shaking until well blended (do not over mix & must bener2 flat)
Insert the ingredients 3 gradually in the sieve to the egg mixture, stirring folding with spatula until well blended.
