The Khyber Pass is the main route between Pakistan and Afghanistan. The pass itself is entirely in Pakistan.The Khyber Pass (Pashto: د خیبر درہ‎, Urdu: درۂ خیبر‬‎) (elevation: 1,070 m or 3,510 ft) is a mountain pass connecting the Pakistani town of Landi Kotal, near the Afghanistan border, to the Valley of Peshawar at Jamrud by traversing part of the Spin Ghar mountains.
