The Great Bitcoin Experiment

I'm honestly here to learn about bitcoins, and all that goes along with them. Just doing research at this point in time.

A bit about me, my name is Jes. I grew up on my Dad's travelling carnival. I'm currently in the middle of another experiment, which I fondly call 'How To Get Things Done Yourself'. It's a journey in learning how to be self sufficient in a completely dependant society. I've come a long way in the two years since I started. Not off grid yet, but at least I'm not paying for hydro and water.

I come from a background that deals in cash, don't have a bank account. Don't even believe in them actually. Why do you pay people to loan them your money? Because everyone else does? Because they call themselves a bank?

Anyways, living in small town Ontario has been a blessing for me, it's healed my wounds and soul. After living in Scarborough all the time I wasn't traveling, I have found peace.
