(Srry.. This is my first time.. First post also. If anybody doesn't like this plz inform me so that i could know my fault)

Human body is the physical substance that composed of cell, ecf, icf ..etc
Everyday we are eating working sleeping and again do them like a cycle..
But everyone should have to maintain our physical exercise for benefits of our body structure amd to become a healthy life..

Workoit- it means improving health strength amd also increasing the skill power of own..
What should we do for workout.. - its simple.
Morning walk
Push up
Chain up
Running

This are very simple exercise for all and should have to do this kinda exercise to all.
But if u want to gain muscle and increase the body power from inside amd outside

Running, Treadmill. 1 set, 5-10 minutes.
Leg Press. 1 set.
Lying Leg Curls. 1 set.
Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown. 1 set.
Butterfly. 1 set.
Triceps Pushdown - Rope Attachment. 1 set.
Machine Bicep Curl. 1 set.
Machine Shoulder (Military) Press. 1 set.

Diet -
After all nothing will happen if we do not eat regular supplementary diet.
1-egg (4 minimum without lipid containing globular)

2-1 quarter chicken
3-milk
4-banana
They are minimum food for all.

Should have to Sleep minimum 10 hours..

Contraindications -
Don't smoke
Don't take alcohol
And dont take any harmful substances which r dangerous for our body..
