The rules of the system are binding for both users and administrators. By registering, users confirm their agreement with the following rules and undertake to execute them. In case of violation of the rules of the system, the administration has the right to impose penalties on users, up to the blocking of accounts. When resolving any disputable issues with users, these rules have the highest priority and should be used first.

1. Participation in the IPweb.ru system

1.1. Participation in the IPweb.ru system is free and voluntary, any user of the Internet can become a user.

1.2. When registering, the user must provide accurate information about himself.

1.3. The user has the right to have no more than 1 account in the system, registration of additional accounts without obtaining permission from the administration entails the blocking of all user accounts.

1.4. The user is obliged to monitor the confidentiality of the details of the account in the system, the user himself fully answers the consequences resulting from the password entry to the account to the 3rd person. If the password is lost and can not be restored, or if you lose access to the WM ID specified during registration, the user is denied access to the account, the administration of the system is not liable for this and does not have to solve this problem caused by the user's fault .

1.5. Inactive for more than six months, users can be removed by the decision of the administration.

1.6. It is strictly prohibited to use the IPweb.ru system as an exchange point for Internet currencies / payment systems. In the event of a user replenishing the account in one currency / payment system and then attempting to withdraw funds in another currency / payment system, the account is blocked with all funds on the account. Unlocking is not possible under any conditions.

2. Surfing on IPweb.ru

2.1. The user has no right in any way to violate the normal course of surfing and full load of all elements of the sites of advertisers. Any automation of the surfing process is prohibited.

2.2. Surfing with disabled downloading of images and / or animation, as well as in a browser window with an area of ​​less than 1/2 screen - is prohibited.

2.3. Any attempt to cheat (increasing the user's personal account without fulfilling obligations to advertisers) entails an immediate lockout of the account.

2.4. Using external proxy servers when surfing is prohibited. When a forbidden proxy server is detected, the system issues a warning to the user, the user's account is blocked for repeatedly ignoring system warnings without unlocking capabilities.

2.5. Multiple random clicks on the control image in surfing are prohibited. When you reach 25 errors in choosing a control image for a day, the account is penalized for the amount of possible earnings for each subsequent error, with 50 or more errors per day, the penalty is a double amount of possible earnings.

2.6. If surfing specifies the task of clicking on a particular link, you should click on this link, not on any link. Clicking on a random link is acceptable, only the task is set if "clicking on any link on the site", but it is strictly forbidden to return to the previous page and click on it on other links, unless it is directly indicated in the task. Violation of the path of clicks specified by the advertiser is punished with a fine or account lockout.

2.7. When performing tasks on social networks, it is forbidden:

• leave the community after receiving payment for joining it;
• unsubscribe from channels and accounts after receiving payment;
• "pick up" your favorite after receiving payment;
• delete paid repost records from your page;
• to try by any other means to level out the results of promotion.
  If you violate these rules, your account will be penalized for each case detected for an amount exceeding the cost of completing the task 3-10 times or blocked. Checks are conducted regularly.
  

3. Attraction of referrals

3.1. Distribution of ref-links using any kind of spam is strictly prohibited. E-mail spam, spam forums, guest blogs, etc. are punished by immediate blocking of the account after the first confirmed complaint.

3.2. Limitations on the "visibility" of the ref-links are not superimposed, on your resources you can use ref-links without any restrictions.

3.3. You can use your own advertising materials (banners, texts, etc.) to attract referrals.

4. Requirements for the sites being promoted

4.1. All sites of the participants of the system are moderated, changing the profile of the site after passing the moderation without obtaining the consent of the administration entails the blocking of the user's account.

4.2. [expired] It is prohibited to have client scripts that "kill" the frame of the system in the source code of the untwisted sites. The user must check the site himself for compatibility with the frame before adding the address to the system.

4.3. Sites containing materials, the distribution of which is violated by the legislation of the Russian Federation, are not allowed to participate in the system. This also applies to sites with pornographic content.

4.4. Also sites that copy or emulate sites or parts of sites of other known web projects are not allowed.

4.5. Sites of the "free" category (untwisted for credits) are not allowed to have pop-up windows. On "paid" (untwisted for rubles) sites it is allowed to use no more than 1 pop-up or pop-under window.

4.6. It is forbidden to use dialog boxes on the sites that are activated without a conscious request from the user, as well as scripts, without the user's knowledge, adding information to the "Favorites" or changing the start page of the browser. Any kind of exploits and viruses on sites are strictly prohibited.

4.7. The moderator of the system has the right not to admit to participation in promotion absolutely any site with an explanation of the reasons or without it.

5. Procedure for the operation and modification of the specified rules

5.1. These rules come into effect immediately after registration of the user in the system, in case of disagreement with the rules the visitor is obliged to refuse registration.

5.2. Violation of the rules inevitably leads to the application of the punishment chosen by the administration, from the warning of the user to the blocking of the account.

5.3. The administration has the right to modify and / or supplement these rules without prior notice to users, in case of changing the text of the rules, the new rules come into effect for all users at the time of publication on the system's website.
