A personal thank you to GDAX

I am one of the people that lost some money in the flash crash. I had no expectations as to getting the money back because everything looked legitimate. I had hopes, sure. I just didn't expect anything to be returned. I knew that something could come of it just like the LTC issue earlier this month. I just didn't want my expectations to be that something would be returned then I'd end up all disappointed again. After the incident, I swore that I would remove everything from the exchange, send it to another, and use a competitor, despite more fees. You've changed that with this decision to return the funds back to everyone who lost during the event. Not only to not rollback and reverse the trade, but to simply do it out of your own pocket shows how committed you are to your clients. This is, by far, the best thing that could have happened in my mind.

I know that the event has damaged your reputation to some extent with the negative press and all the people with torches and pitchforks calling for blood. Hopefully this will help restore you back to what it was before. I always had high praise for you guys. I've never used anyone else for ETHUSD trading. I don't plan to now.

Thank you for everything that you've done. I know it comes at a considerable loss for the company. It's a great thing that you guys are doing. Thank you.
