Bragg is responsible for putting Rivera back on the streets.
So, Ramon Rivera, the rabid dog of a human being who stabbed three people to death in Manhattan, was on the streets because of Alvin Bragg.
He was convicted for an armed burglary which included a battery. His sentence? Time served. "See ya! Please play nice this time. We know that you haven't played nice in three different states, and that you're a maniac; but, you've got some melanin -- we're giving you a fiftieth shot."
New York bail reform, which is a state-wide problem, doesn't apply here. The crime that Rivera was charged with was bail eligible in a state which, I'm not shitting you, hiding dismembered human body parts isn't bail eligible. He got time served.
Again, Rivera is a rabid dog. Being mad at him is like being mad at an actual rabid dog.
Alvin Bragg killed those people.
