Our Business

Our company will offer a service which will work on the premises
of an escrow between borrowers and investors. The aim is to
minimize the risks that investors may be exposed to, due to
borrowers who may have the intention of scamming the investors.
Our business will further aid the investor in enjoying appreciating
value for their crypto.

Website usage

The website will have two platform, that of the investors and the
other for the borrowers with different panels. The borrower version
will be used to create investments packages and verify this
investment before post it to the investors. The investor’s platforms
will show all the verified investment packages and the terms of
those packages for example:

The service

The investor and borrower will have an opportunity to register and
create an account on our website, and from there they can access
our services. The investors will be given a chance to purchase our
token during the four phases ITO that will be rolled out. The
company will limit the number of tokens; therefore investors are
urged to move fast. The choice to limit the number of tokens is to
ensure that they are in demand and as such their value rises. On the
other hand, the borrowers after registering will provide a deposit in
order to create an investment package, the package then will be
verified regularly.

Borrower process

Our website will give the borrower a chance to post an investment
package. However, before the debtor is allowed to transact
business through our site, they will be expected to deposit a predetermined
minimum amount of our tokens, The borrower will
also be expected to verify their identity to the company before they
are permitted to post the investment package on our website. it's
important to note that the identity of the borrower will not be
revealed to the investors. The need for this is to ensure that the
privacy of the borrowers is respected. The borrower will only be
tasked with respecting and adhering to the business policies. If it so
occurs that the borrower wishes to borrow more Bitcoin than the
agreed limit, then he/she will be forced to provide a second level
verification which is more extensive and more lengthy.

ITO Plan (Price subjected to reduction and bonuses)

At the start of the company, a total of 3.1 million tokens will be
issued and no more will be issued at anytime, and this number will
be kept constant during the operations of the business. The tokens
will also be set at different prices depending on the ITO basis. The
ITO will be split down in a definite manner with a focus on the
price per token as well as the total number of tokens that will be
issued per phase. We will launch the Pre ITO phase in which the
price for a single token will be fixed at $1,1; it’s also important to
note that only 500,000 tokens will be availed to investors at this
phase.
The 2nd period will be termed “Phase 1” during which each token
will be issued to potential investors at a price of $2.3 per token. At
Phase 1 the company will release to the market a total of 500,000

The final phase termed “Phase 3” will feature a sale of over
1,000,000 million tokens where each token will be sold for $4. The
company will keep a total of 600,000 tokens which will be used by
the Website to operate the cold wallet.thus the total number of

satisfied they can take legal action against the borrower and only in
this case we will reveal the identity of the borower. This is why our
company seeks verification of the status of the borrowers which
can be used to take legal action if need be.

Road Map

This business idea will be implemented and actualized based on a
roadmap. The Phase 1 will begin with the release of Pre-ITO
where the initial investors will have an opportunity to purchase our
tokens. After the ITO is rolled out the investor's platform will be
launched on our website. The target market for our business will
mainly be Dubai, Switzerland as well as other countries which do
not tax the crypto-currency framework.

Phase 2 will begin with the roll-out of ITO, which will give the
