Words of Encouragement

Hello all
I am just checking on and thought I would offer a few words of encouragement. I have been feeling a bit over whelmed with trying to learn about Steemit, d.tube, uploading video's, trying to learn how the markdown formatting works, writing quality post everyday and still handle the daily duties of "Adulting" has gotten to me a bit. I was taken advantage of by my own stupidity with trying to grow here on Steemit with upvoting and my steemit dollars and resteeming.

I see after looking at so many other 's steemit post; just how I am not posting content than others find interesting or using the best camera seems to makes my post feel almost irrelevant. I am not posting an interesting enough reply to others post that I am impressed with. But we have to work with what we have. So I thought a few words of encouragement that have helped me might be of some help to all "Minnows" as they refer to far too many of us

This week has been a full one already and it is ONLY Wednesday! I am finding that a few words of encouragement from a complete stranger have helped. In my moments of feeling like a failure

Sometimes we expect more from others than we get, because we'd be willing to do that much for them. They reminded me not to stop giving because it makes me feel good., Not because I need them to give it back but because in the end as the giver I get the biggest gift / reward of all.

So I think I just have to look at how much more interactive I have been with others and how much more of the world I have been exposed to by joining Steemit and taking part in the Steemit.chat folks. These are the things that are the best return.

Not to say it does not make me feel like I am treading water at best. But tomorrow is a new chance at being and doing better than today. Reflecting on the words of Corrie Ten Boom
