After having created your own wallet, you need at least 100 TRX (Minimum deposit to get started with staking), and some energy on your TronLink wallet. Yes, TronLink requires energy to make transactions. So, if your wallet is new you'll have full energy bar. If your bar is empty, you have to freeze some Trons (10 should be good).
To freeze Trons, just click on the freeze/unfreeze button like in the picture below:
As you can see, energy and bandwidth are displayed in your dashboard. You need both of them for every transaction, in this way the platform pays its costs. Bandwidth will be charged every day. To make some energy you just have to click the freeze button and then follow the steps in this picture

One more thing, I suggest you doing this on your PC and with your smartphone next to you, cause doing it just by using your phone could be very annoying and slow, since most of them don't support Chrome extension.
