As long as these elder citizens are at the top, our country's fate is looking very dark. I agree that they have the experience but the new generation should be given the chance as well and these old bastards should only act as the SALLAHKAR (Advisers). There are a lot of things to be solved a lot of small obstacles but these old rascals only focus on the bigger projects because bigger projects give them higher returns (black money, ghuss, bribe) and ignore the smaller ones. This tendency can only be ridden if new generation or youths are given the opportunity. We are giving the the control of our nation in the hands of such people who are on the brink of their deaths literally. As long as these elderly citizens are incharge new ideas won't get promoted because to understand and implement new ideas new generations are required cause these old guys don't have what it takes to understand the new ideas. To change the country, these leaders must be thrown out.
