How to buy NEO in the Philippines
If you are from the Philippines. The easiest way to buy NEO is by having a http://coins.ph account. Once registered, it will ask you to verify your account in order to start doing medium-large transactions. You can deposit PHP in your coins.ph instantly by going to your local 7/11 store or Cebuana Lhuillier or M'lhuillier.
I prefer going to Cebuana because the transaction fee is fixed (Php 40.00). Unlike in 7/11 which charges around 1% of the deposit amount which could grow high.
To buy NEO, you can either go to http://binance.com or http://bittrex.com. You can simply copy and paste your wallet address from any of those exchange sites to send bitcoins from your coins.ph account.
