Qlink partner with NEO to hold ICO and build decentralised mobile network - Neo News Today
Fantastic news for Neo, looks like it's starting to pick itself up and gain some traction again after the China controversy. This was the promise that investors were so excited about.

Qlink originally began building their dApp on Ethereum, but found NEO offered lower transaction fees and that the TPS capacity was more suitable for public chain use within the telecom industry. Qlink will finish developing the dApp on Ethereum, at which time it will be moved onto the Qlink chain.
You have to wonder whether this move away from Ethereum is a trend that will accelerate as more powerful and scalable ecosystems come online. Neo has already proved itself in how the network dealt with the massively popular Red Pulse ICO. In City of Zion's own words:
The NEO network continuted to operate efficiently with minimal network impact, even under extreme network events. Block generation time initially slowed down to 3 minutes to process the largest block, but quickly recovered to approximately 25 seconds. Throughout the entire RPX ICO, consensus nodes were able to achieve consensus and propagate new block transactions to the rest of the network.
It awaits to be seen, however, whether any project will be able to challenge EOS as a realistic platform for the number of dApps that are currently in the pipeline, and more on the way, when they actually start running live.
