Neko Atsume | How to get 24 cats in your yard at a time | What Neko Atsume goodies or items can hold the greatest amount of cats?

The eight best items for maximising the number of cats in your yard.

(2 large items + 6 small items is the most you can fit in a yard)

1. The cat metropolis (large) 6 cat item 50 gold fish

2. And one of the following 5 cat items
   Cat condo complex (large) 500 silver fish or
   Tower of treats (large) 900 silver fish or
   Cat bureau with pot (large) 950 silver fish

3-8. choose 6 of the following small pieces that house 2 cats at once

Orange cube 320 silver fish
Blue cube 320 silver fish
Tiramisu cube 28 gold fish
Dice 32 gold fish
stump house 400 silver fish
Mushroom house 25 gold fish
Shiitake house 25 gold fish
Giant cushion (white) 700 silver fish
Lacquered Bowl 25 gold fish

I also have the Blue Cube (small) and the Shitake House (small) but I haven't caught them with 2 cats yet.

Once I have saved up for the Cat Metropolis (large and one more small item I'll have space for 23 cats in my yard. Once this is done I'll upload a photo when I catch a bunch of cats in my yard :)

There more large items that hold 3 or 4 cats such as the cardboard house (large) or heating stove (large). Some of these 3 or 4 items also attract rare cats. However, to attract 23 cats at once you’ll have to choose from the items I’ve listed above.

Let me know if there are any items people have found that attract more cats to their space ratio that I've missed.
What works for you to boost the number of cats in your yard?

I posted an article a few days ago about the large items holding more than 2 cats. This is before I realised some small items can hold more than 1 cat. This is an extension of the first article. P.S The maximum amount of cats in a yard could increase from 23 to 24 if Tubbs visits because he sits by the food bowl and doesn't take up any of the items.
