You could use a management company to rent it out for you, but that is not a 100% guarantee, though your odds will be better. I have bad experience using either approach, but that is not to say the same will happen to you.
No. True. But it's likely. As a frequent renter, already, I know this to be the case. I suppose this is the only solution:

Yeah, the ultimate off road, all terrain, camping set up. So what cold climes do you seek to escape, and where would you like to escape to? The Gypsies combined the all terrain vehicle (horse) with a house on wheels (wagon) that saved on set up time in case they had to move frequently and a passenger could sleep while on the move. These days they pull their Wagons, as well as the Horse, with a Mercedes, lol.
