Former NBA player Dennis Rodman arrested for DUI
Five-time NBA champion with the Chicago Bulls, Dennis Rodman, was arrested for DUI in Newport Beach, California.
According to information from TMZ, the two-time All Star and who played a key role in the legendary 90s Bulls led by Michael Jordan, he did not pass a sobriety test after being arrested for committing a traffic infraction.
The TMZ portal itself reported that Rodman cooperated and underwent alcohol testing.
The flamboyant player, famous for his colorful hair dyes and recently for his visits to North Korea, exceeded the legal limit of .08 and then stayed seven hours at the police station until he was allowed to leave.
Rodman, 56, played 14 seasons in the NBA. He wore the colors of the Detroit Pistons (1986-1993), the San Antonio Spurs (1993-1995), Bulls (1995-1998), Los Angeles Lakers (1998-1999) and Dallas Mavericks (1999-2000).
