RE: NAC and Vitmain D for Influenza Treatment and Prevention.
Flu = vitamin D deficiency ;)
The skin is like a solar panel
IMO People take showers too quickly after being out in the sun
I think the process takes a little time , how much ? Not sure .
But what a great way to get a fat soluble vitamin sulphated ;)
This is where sun exposure enters the picture. When you expose your skin to sunshine, your skin synthesizes vitamin D3 sulfate. This form of vitamin D is water soluble, unlike oral vitamin D3 supplements, which is unsulfated. The water soluble form can travel freely in your blood stream
;)
Deficiencies are well known

I really don't think that showering too soon after being in the sun would affect your Sulphated vitamin D levels. The purpose of your skin is to hold your water in. Only material on the surface would get washed off not inside the skin.
I never realized that sulphated vitamin D is water soluble. Makes sense that it would be more water soluble never thought of it before.
I take it that you follow Dr. Stephanie Seneff's work on sulfation?
Yes :) she's great
This is a good way that the Budwig protocol works
Flax (lipid)
Flax meal
Cottage cheese
(Sulfur protein)
=
Lipoprotein:) genius
Oxygen / nutrients to the cells where it is needed
Just like cholesterol needing protein ;)
HDL AND LDL Are not cholesterol they are carriers of cholesterol and other things like phospholipids , triglyceride and protein
