These mushrooms grow on the roots of banana trees. Small size. The color is white milk. Looks clean and supple.
Looking at the shape and color, this fungus I suspect the type of oyster mushrooms.
Oyster mushroom has the scientific name Pleurotus ostreatus, shaped like a sea oyster shell is what makes this mushroom called oyster mushroom. This fungus is usually maintained with sterile sawdust planting media packaged in plastic bags.
In addition to delicious to eat, oyster mushrooms also have a very good health benefits for the body. Ranging from boosting immune, fighting bad cholesterol, preventing anemia until it becomes antibacterial, antitumor, and anticancer.
