Our Chicken Broiler Poultry Farming

Broiler Chicken farming is our side family business, we buy the chicks from a company just after they hatch out of the eggs. These chicken are three weeks old now as you can see them in the pictures, it takes one month for them to fully grow. Once they are fully grown we sell them to the market and they are ready for consumption.

In total we have 5,000 chicken, they are divided into 6 chicken pavilions.They grow from 40 grams to 1.5 or upto 2 kgs in 6 weeks time.

Funny story: these chicken do not live for more than 2 months, if not slaughtered within that time, they die out of being overweight.
