Pantai Lancok adalah saksi bisu peristiwa besar yang melanda Aceh. Kejadian mengejutkan di dunia bahkan merupakan dukacita bagi semua manusia yang mengenalnya. Pantai yang mencatat bencana Tsunami yang terjadi pada 26 Desember 2004 lalu, merupakan tragedi yang tak ingin dialami oleh siapapun yang bernafas di dunia ini.

Selalu ada hikmah dibalik kejadian tersebut, inilah yang terjadi pada Pantai Lancok. Pantai yang beberapa tahun lalu dilanda gelombang gelombang tsunami yang besar, kini perlahan berubah menjadi objek wisata yang selalu ramai dikunjungi banyak orang dari berbagai daerah. Seolah-olah Tuhan ingin menghapus kesedihan umat manusia melalui keindahan yang ada di dalamnya

PESONA PANTAI

Angin bertiup berasal dari laut, perlahan mendorong daun kelapa yang melambai. Suara ombak yang tak ada habisnya, seperti musik lembut yang perlahan membawa kita ke keheningan. Sejauh mata melihat hanya kebiruan laut yang terlihat oleh mata.

Satu per satu nelayan perahu kecil mengapung diam-diam mencari ikan. Begitu damai dan indah, mungkin kesan ini ingin disampaikan oleh Pantai Lancok. Kaki seperti manja saat kita menginjak pasir putih lembut. Jejak kaki yang kami tinggalkan sepanjang pantai perlahan lenyap oleh ombak.

Semua keindahan yang ditawarkan Pantai Lancok sepertinya menghipnotis wisatawan agar ingin kembali lagi di tempat wisata ini. Tempat dimana kita bisa merasakan di surga kecil, surga yang sengaja diciptakan Tuhan untuk menyembuhkan kesedihan karena Tsunami Aceh.

Sesampainya di daerah ini, wisatawan akan melihat beberapa garis pantai di tanggul benteng untuk mempertahankan ombak. Dari atas tanggul banyak pengunjung yang melepas hobi dengan memancing.

Di sisi lain, wisatawan juga akan menemukan pantai yang tidak memiliki tanggul sehingga akan berhadapan langsung dengan hamparan lautan yang luas. Di tempat ini biasanya menjadi tempat favorit para wisatawan untuk bermain air, mandi, berenang, bermain ombak atau hanya duduk santai di atas pasir sambil menikmati keindahan laut.
