When we went out camping in northern Minnesota, we were pleased to find blueberries and raspberries growing in a field that surrounded our campsite. It seems July is the month they are most ripe and are sweetest. Lucky us!
I enjoyed the same fortune as you last year on a weekend house boat bachelor party, at about this same time. We pulled up to a cool looking island to kinda camp out a bit, and there were wild blueberries everywhere. I must have eaten a hundred of them.
