Nature can heal my mind and enhance my brain power
When thinking about how to heal my mind, I often consider going outside and walking among nature.
Apart from healing my mind, it can also enhance and boost my brain power as well.
I realize that no matter how old I am, it's never too late to sharpen my brain.
By going outside, I can learn as much as I can from nature. Of course, nature can teach me in various ways.
Watching the green leaves of the trees can relax my eyes and release my stress.
Strolling around nature can keep my physical and mental strength even though I grew older.
While seeing nature surrounding me, I always think positively and this can surely satisfy me.
For me, being among nature can certainly help maintain my happiness and my health as well.
And white flowers in my little garden can always brighten my days…..
