Eating wild sunflower leaves
@ryulincoln points out that this yellow flower we came across is edible, the leaves are palatable and was surprisingly refreshing. You may walk by these and never know. We found these off of a stream in the North Georgia Mountains.

Mother nature has created so many things which we can use. This wild plant is also a wonder of nature which is also important.
