quick question you where using red filter on your gopro ?
I think not but im trying to figure out if red filter needs a light source as well :)
@rouketas no, I wasn't using a red filter on this video, hence the slightly washed-out colors. We were 27m/90ft down when we saw these octopuses and all I had a crappy Thai knock-off filter that made everything look deep purple at that depth 😞.
I have since purchased the Big Blue 1200 lumen wide-angle dive light which works great at softly restoring the reds to deep shots, as well as serving as an excellent dive light for night dives.
Awesome thanks will have a look ! Ill have to search around also how much it can spread the beam of light , for filming purposes as well ! ^^
