Know 5 Plants That Are Quite Beneficial for your health.
Along with being beautiful, nature also provide us a number of plants and trees that serves for all kind of medical and health purposes.
From providing relief to cold, headaches, diarrhea cure to being anti-fungal, antiseptic and insect repellent. Nature has a lot of things from where we could take some benefit.

It is just our lack of knowledge that prevent us from optimally using natural products.
So I will show you 5 plants, which you can use or remember how they can help you when you see them next time.
1. Ginger.

Being one of the widely used dietary condiment today, apart from providing a valuable taste in your food, ginger has a lot of health benefits too.
From ancient India to China to Greece to Rome, ginger has been used for long as a food ingredient and for health benefits.
Ginger added with garlic and onion prevents blood clotting, which could be helpful in preventing heart diseases and strokes, two of the worst killers in the world.
Apart from this, ginger helps in digestion, curing nausea. Ginger tea is quite famous in Asia, particularly in India from ancient times to cure cold, nausea and to keep yourself warm during cold season.
2. Lavendar.

Apart from being a beautiful looking flower, lavendar has a number of benefits in both health and beauty.
Lavendar is one of the best natural antidepressant. Lavendar oil helps in curing headaches, stress and anxiety issues. The flowers of lavendar are fragrant in nature along with being mosquito repellent. So they were widely used as perfumes in ancient times.
So if you are in wild next time and mosquitoes are bugging you, and if you spot lavendar, you could rub it on your skin. Along with having a good scent, the flowers are also antiseptic.
3. Spinach.

From childhood we have heard that green looking edibles are good for health, well spinach is one of them and almost at the top of them.
Spinach is low in fat and even lower in cholestrol, but it is high in protein, fiber, vitamin A, C, E, K, zinc, niacin, and a lot of things. In brief, it is a perfectly healthy diet.
Apart from giving us strength when we need to feed, it helps in preventing insomania, balance blood cholestrol levels and it is very effective for diabetic and cancer patients.
4. Catnip.

Commonly known as catnip, catmint, catswort was initially found in Europe and parts of Asia including china but is now exported or cultivated throughout the world because of its various health benefits.
Catnip helps in providing quick relief from toothaches, helps in avoiding restless sleeps, fighting anxiety, is quite beneficial for women in menstrual cycle by relaxing the muscles and relieving the pain caused by cramps.
It is also quite helpful in constipation and helps to remove toxic elements from our body.
5. Blackberry.

Apart from being delicious black berries possess an incredible combination of being beneficial for our health.
One of the widely researched thing in the prevention and cure of cancer is black berries. They may prevent or atleast slow down cancer.
Apart from this major benefit, they help in improving brain functions due to high levels of manganese in it, they reduce inflammation, fights against infection and makes our bones strong.
So next time you spot blackberries, be sure to eat some.

Only two of those have I seen in my region. Definitely learned a lot and will be on the lookout for the others like blackberry etc, perhaps I am not looking well enough!
A few of them are region specific, they only grow in some parts of the world, maybe that's why.
