Alfred Hitchcock - Eat Your Heart Out!
True story - a long, long time ago. I am a stressed commuter. I leave home very early in the morning. It's a beautiful day. I've been practicing letting go - releasing - using the Sedona Method. My heart is full of love and gratitude. I thank the birds for their song, I thank the trees for their oxygen.
On the way to the bus stop, I see a black bird perched on a fence. It looks very sick, probably dying. I stand there for a moment and send it love and compassion, but it isn't working - I'm only stressing the poor bird even more.
Its mate is on a lamp post looking down at me. Then I feel something brush the top of my head. The bird swoops down and brushes its wing against my head, to warn me off. To protect its mate.
