Many people have found that spending time in nature, whether walking through a forest or strolling along the beach, can provide a sense of calm and relaxation. This is especially true for those who often face a busy work schedule or a family life filled with demands.

In recent years, more individuals have turned to nature for fitness.

During the pandemic, activities like fishing, hiking, and camping gained popularity as people sought refuge in the outdoors. The current appreciation for nature goes beyond personal wellness; it is now being utilized as a resource to tackle challenges within the workplace.

Therapists, coaches, and consultants increasingly offer services like walking coaching and nature therapy. These programs help individuals and groups leverage the natural environment to gain clarity, set goals, and enhance focus in their professional lives.

Nature plays an important role in the process. As we walk by the water, the sound of the waves helps clear our minds and break old habits. Meanwhile, the forest provides a sense of safety.

A straight country road can be useful when setting goals and initiating action, so I often use it towards the end of our session.

According to me, being away from home for an extended period in a peaceful environment aids in achieving a clearer perspective and fosters contemplation. In this way, participants are better positioned to gain insight and direction regarding their work-related challenges.
