Apparently, this eagle used to live throughout the tropical and subtropical zone of the eastern hemisphere, and now there are isolated areas along the equator. The hawk-eagle can be found in southern Europe, in North Africa, sometimes found in spaces from Turkmenistan to Tajikistan, occupies extensive spaces in India, and is also often found in southern China.
