Nature is indeed a great healer for physical and mental problems alike. Unfortunately, there is so little of it left in big, crowded and polluted modern cities. However, every city certainly has its good green parts, such as parks, where we can enjoy nature. Those who are lucky enough to live near the sea and the mountains should take every opportunity to go there and relax. It's a great thing to be able to get away from the concrete inferno most big cities have become.
