Life has generally known as a state that follows birth and proceed death or the period during which or a period of time during one ( a person, an animal, a plant, a star or object) is alive or recognizable. Biologically or scientifically, life is a status given to an entity including animals, plants, fungi, bacteria e.t.c - and some viruses - having the properties of replication and metabolism. Philosophically , life is the essence of manifestation and the foundation of being. But to a lay man, life is just an existence of things both living and non-living.
Chemical composition is the identity and relative number of the elements that make up any particular compound.
So therefore, chemical composition of life is the identity and relative number of the elements that make up an entity for the essence of existing for a particular period of time.

Water is a very vital essential composition in human body as it contributes a lot to the way of life of men. Each percentage of water in each stage of life of human contributes tremendously to their existence. An adult human body constitutes at about 50-60%, averaging around 57-60%. The percentage of water in infant is much higher, typically around 75-78% water, dropping to 65% by one year of age. Body composition varies according to gender and fitness level because fatty tissue contains less water than lean tissue.

This shows that life itself revolve around water. i.e. if there is no water , there is no life. Since the earth itself carries a great percentage of water, showing that everything that human being consumes carries large percentage of water. e.g. fruits, vegetables, cereals, legumes, tubers e.t.c are derived from the earth contributing a great percentage of water in the body.

That is why It has been recommended that atleast in a day, human being should take 5-7litres of water for proper functioning of the body so as to enhance healthy living. Early in the morning as you wake before meal, you are to take atleast a glass cup of water and at night before going to bed, you are alsp advised to take also a glass cup of water so as to boost the metabolism rate of the body...
