As soon as I saw the video , I thought of turtle soup. Now, I've never had turtle soup, and my wife loves turtles so if I had it, I'm sure I'd get an earful from her.

You mentioned catching turtles. What do you do with them? is it for food? for amusement? What do they taste like? This is all very new to me.
