Jeremy Narby, a Canadian anthropologist and author of The Cosmic Serpent: DNA and the Origins of Knowledge, talks about the inherent inteligence present in nature and how it relates to the evolution of the human species. Narby currently works for the Swiss-based NGO Nouvelle Planète, which has sponsored several expeditions into the Amazonian jungle to study the effects of Ayahuasca, a psychedelic brew used in Shamanic ritual ceremonies.
