HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT... INTEGRATED OR SEPARATE?

In my university studies and field where I work I have been investigating the laws of some countries where I have found contrasts and similarities with respect to this three important disciplines
Some time ago in my country the environmental management was intrinsic within the industrial security management until the year 1999 because at the birth of a new constitution they were given space to the duties and environmental rights in articles 127,128 and 129 being the only letter Magna with this new world-wide.
From that moment a organic law of the environment is born that emphasizes the environmental management as the most important in any type of activity since it is the preservation of our own existence through the sustainable development and taking into account the Rights of our Mother Earth which has no way of expressing them through any language. For these reasons, some institutions worldwide have shown interest in the need for environmental management to deepen specialists in environmental sciences related to environmental prevention and control, sanitation, Restoration, environmental studies and authorizations as well as environmental education.
Many entities share the view that a professional HSE would take a long time to study in detail and obtain academic base in the sciences and environmental disciplines such as: water treatment, environmental legislation, hazardous waste management, Control Atmospheric pollution, air quality studies, soil treatment, environmental impact studies and many more.
In other countries, many institutions and companies prefer that Industrial security personnel be involved in environmental management and thus reduce the number of people and salaries to carry out such processes.
Integrating the three disciplines into a single management would be a goal that could be achieved as long as the professionals in charge of these processes receive many hours of training in the environmental sciences as it is nothing more and nothing less than the preservation of our environment.
In the beginnings of the industrial era never took into account the prevention of accidents until they began to increase the statistics, hopefully it is not too late for our planet to take to all the corners the environmental management like something as sacred as the Bible.
