CABBAGE SHIRT: An experiment with nature's pigment. 👕
This is a picture-story about a cabbage...
...a wrinkled shirt.
... and the naturally-obtained color purple.
I could not resist that hue, and thought of the old, dingy pinpeapple love tee-shirt that could only be made better, so...
When the cabbage was done cooking, I poured the hot liquid onto the tee.
Boca supervised. 😻
It turned out a cross between denim blue and periwinkle. I like it.
Next time... BEETS!
P.S. Loving shout-out to @hempress and @elamental who inspire me
with the beautiful (and researched!) plant-dying they do.
Your positive example RIPPLES, friends...
