A trip to the botanical garden of Naples - Gita all’orto botanico di Napoli

Naples is a city that never ceases to amaze me! It is full of magical corners where it is nice to get lost and breathe the beauty of this place.

One of the most important attractions is undoubtedly the botanical garden.
It is an ancient structure associated with Federico II University, which is part of the Faculty of Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences.

The park has an area of 12 hectares and is home to around 9,000 plant species and nearly 25,000 specimens! It is one of the largest gardens where I have ever been, probably second only to that of Padua, the oldest in Italy.

So, I thought it was a good idea to tell my experience here with a few photos, which are often worth a thousand words.

Ciao a tutti,
Napoli è una città assolutamente tutta da scoprire! È piena di angoli magici dove è bello perdersi e respirare la bellezza di questo luogo.

Una delle attrazioni senza dubbio più importanti, anche se non la più conosciuta, è l’Orto Botanico.
Si tratta di un’antica struttura associata all'Università Federico II, che fa parte della Facoltà di Scienze Matematiche, Fisiche e Naturali.

Il parco ha una estensione di 12 ettari e ospita circa 9000 specie vegetali e quasi 25000 esemplari! È uno degli orti più grandi dove io sia mai stata, secondo probabilmente solo a quello di Padova, il più antico d’Italia.

Quindi, ho pensato di raccontare qui la mia esperienza con qualche foto, le quali spesso valgono più di mille parole.
