The world's highest waterfall
With almost 1,000 meters free fall, the Salto Angel in the highest waterfall in the world. This spectacular waterfall is located in Canaima National Park, in the state of Bolivar, in southern Venezuela. One of the oldest geological zones on the planet, which for its beauty and exuberance was declared by UNESCO Natural Heritage of Humanity in 1994. It was also postulated to be part of the 10 natural wonders of the world.
This is one of the trips you can not miss in life. Here nature is shown with all its powerful energy and magnificence. The park is covered with dense vegetation that includes more than 500 species of orchids and bromeliads, the terrain is furrowed by spectacular crystalline red rivers that make the landscape unique and spectacular, and the surrounding views show the fascinating Tepuyes (the exotic Mountains with flat top like tables).
In this trip you will have the opportunity to travel through these red rivers in indigenous curiaras, passing spectacular ravines, until reaching the canyon of the devil, a gigantic throat created by the force of the water through millennia, by which you will approach until the imposing Salto Angel. Getting to the base of the Salto is a magical experience: the force of the wind that generates the fall, accompanied by the drizzle that rises slightly making multiple rainbows, in front of an ancient rock wall of almost 1,000 meters. Tall is something to live.
