Coldest day of the year

Today was the coldest day of the year for me. I actually enjoyed it though because I was inside most of the time. Snow and cold usually go hand and hand but this time around there was no snow. I was kind of hoping for just a little bit more since I love that stuff but O well. They say snow has magic you know. It changes people for better or worse. Everything slows down in the winter from the people to the cars. You might even go as far as to say it slows down time. It is a force of nature for sure. It created beautiful sculptures and amazing ski hills. It really has something special to it and that is why I missed it. The magical snow.
